John 外企头条：2020全球250大零售商排行榜出炉中国14家上榜
德勤近日根据2018财年全球各大零售商公开的数据，发布2020年度全球零售商力量报告。沃尔玛仍然位居第一，亚马逊继续上升至第三位。中国共有14家零售企业上榜，其中6家进入前100强。名次最高的是京东，升至第15位。苏宁位列第32。阿里巴巴集团的新零售业务首次被列入本名单。
这份榜单上的全球前250大零售商在2018财年的总营收为4.74万亿美元，复合增长率达4.1%。250大零售商2018财年的平均营收为190亿美元。
德勤亚太消费品与零售行业主管合伙人张天兵表示，在全球增速最高的五大企业中，中国有两家，分别是唯品会和京东，而京东已名列全球零售商15强。更为重要的是，中国同样在领头推动以消费者动态为中心且线上和线下能力兼备的创新零售模式。目前地区经济前景尚存不确定性，但中国持续迈向成为全球零售大国的目标。

The European Financial Forum Opens In Dublin
第五届欧洲金融论坛近日在都柏林拉开序幕，今年的论坛主题是“做好准备，十年可期”。
The fifth European Financial Forum held in Dublin。 The theme of this year‘s event focuses on ’Being Ready for a new Decade。
该论坛由爱尔兰投资发展局和英国《金融时报》联合举办，属于“爱尔兰金融”战略的组成部分。该战略由爱尔兰政府制定，旨在发展爱尔兰的国际金融服务。
The forum， organised by IDA Ireland in association with the Financial Times as part of Ireland for Finance， the Irish Governments strategy for the development of the International Financial Services sector。

科氏工业集团将收购Infor股权
Koch Industries Agrees To Acquire Infor
为特定行业提供商业云软件的Infor宣布，科氏工业集团旗下负责投资并购业务的科氏控股发展有限公司附属公司已就收购金门资本所持有的Infor剩余股权达成最终协议。
Infor， a global leader in business cloud software specialized by industry， announced that an affiliate of Koch Equity Development LLC， the investment and acquisition subsidiary of Koch Industries， Inc。， has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the remaining equity stake in Infor held by Golden Gate Capital。
交易完成后，Infor将成为科氏工业集团的独立子公司，并将继续由位于纽约总部的现任管理团队继续运营。
At the close of the transaction， Infor will become a standalone subsidiary of Koch Industries， and will continue to be operated by the companys current management team from its headquarters in New York City。
