疫情之下，三星电子在西安的芯片厂并未出现生产中断的情况。
据报道，西安高新区的三星半导体存储芯片一期项目一、二月份实现满产生产，二期项目正按计划推进。
三星半导体有限公司副总裁池贤基表示，受疫情影响，2月份公司曾出现物流不畅、原材料供应乏力、人力不足等问题，但在陕西省、西安市政府和企业共同努力下，公司一期项目一、二月都保持着每月生产13万片存储芯片的满产成绩。
据了解，春节期间，三星半导体公司在原有全封闭生产的基础上，采取多重“抗疫”措施，生产没有停工。例如，为做好防疫工作，公司建立了AB角和人员备案制度，一旦人员出现异常情况，AB角可以迅速相互替代，确保工厂运行不受影响。
同时，为保障企业正常生产和供应链安全，陕西省、西安市政府帮助三星半导体公司联系了数十家上下游企业，确保一些关键半导体原材料的运输和供应；西安高新区还成立了政府专班，24小时服务企业，帮助公司解决交通、物流和人力等问题。
