小智 外企头条：橡树资本在京设立子公司
近日，资产管理规模破千亿美元规模的美国橡树资本在北京注册了一家全资投资管理公司，经营范围包括投资管理、投资咨询、资产管理。这是抗击疫情期间首批在京落户的美资私募机构。
这并非橡树资本首次进入中国市场，此前在我国已经通过合资等方式投资了数十亿美元。
橡树资本相关负责人表示，设立子公司是因为对中国经济和资本市场保持长期乐观态度，对中国长期基本面有信心，认为疫情的影响只是短期因素扰动，不会改变中国经济长期向好的大趋势。
本次设立全资子公司是橡树资本借我国金融开放东风在华拓展业务的重要一步。有分析称，该公司正争取全方位进入中国刚刚开放的不良资产处置市场，这或能带来先进投资管理经验、提升市场效率。

2019财年：博世销售额保持历史高位
Bosch FY19: Broad Portfolio Ensures Sales Remain High
尽管汽车行业疲软走弱，2019年博世集团销售额仍然保持了上年同等历史高位水平。博世在华销售额约1097亿人民币，业绩表现优于市场平均水平。
In spite of the economic weakness in the automotive industry， the Bosch Group was able to maintain the previous years high level of sales in 2019。 Bosch China sales 109.7 billion CNY outperforms market average。
据财报初步数据显示，技术与服务供应商博世2019年销售额达779亿欧元，与2018年持平。在调整汇率影响后，销售额下跌1.1%。
According to preliminary figures， the supplier of technology and services generated sales of 77.9 billion euros last year。 This puts revenue on a par with the previous years figure。 After adjusting for exchange-rate effects， however， revenue is down 1.1 percent。
在2019财年，集团息税前利润为30亿欧元，息税前利润率略低于4%。
In the 2019 business year， earnings before interest and taxes came to some 3 billion euros。 This puts the estimated EBIT margin at just under 4 percent。
这主要受多方面影响：汽车产量下降，尤其是在关键的中国和印度市场，柴油汽车市场份额的进一步缩水。
Result was affected by the downturn in automotive production， particularly in the key Chinese and Indian markets， the further reduction in the share of diesel engines in cars。

Bosch expects the global economy to grow just 2.0 percent in 2020。 In particular， important core industries such as automotive and machinery production are set to decline。

HSBC To Axe 35,000 Jobs In Sweeping Overhaul
据英媒报道，汇丰银行公布了其历史上规模最大的重组计划之一，其临时首席执行官诺埃尔奎因制定了大幅裁员3.5万人的计划。
HSBC has unveiled one of the deepest restructuring plans in its history as its interim chief Noel Quinn sets out drastic plans to slash 35,000 jobs。
奎因坚称，裁员数字不是一个“目标”，而是一种指导，因为该行计划在此期间削减45亿英镑。他说，该行每年自然会有大约2.5万人退出。
Quinn insisted the job cut figure was not a “target” but a guidance as the bank looks to slash ￡4.5bn over the period。 He said the bank naturally sees around 25,000 exits a year。

Blue Origin Lays Out Plan For Rocket Engine Production
据外媒报道，亚马逊首席执行官杰夫・贝索斯的太空公司“蓝色起源”日前在美国火箭城开设了其引擎工厂，并承诺下一代BE-4引擎将在几个月内下线。
Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos‘ Blue Origin space venture opened the doors of its engine factory in America’s Rocket City recently， and promised that next-generation BE-4 engines would be rolling off the production line within a few months。
报道称，最早的BE-4发动机是在蓝色起源公司位于华盛顿州肯特的总部制造的。
The very first BE-4 engines are being made at Blue Origins headquarters in Kent， Wash。
蓝色起源首席执行官鲍勃・史密斯说，两个飞行准备引擎将在5月交付给美国联合发射联盟。
Blue Origin CEO Bob Smith said two flight readiness engines will be delivered in May to United Launch Alliance。
据悉，BE-4发动机使用液化天然气作为燃料，可以提供高达55万磅的推力，不仅为美国联合发射联盟的半可重复使用的火神火箭提供动力，还为蓝色起源公司可重复使用的新格伦助推器提供动力。
The BE-4 engine， which uses liquefied natural gas as fuel and can deliver up to 550,000 pounds of thrust， is destined to power not only ULA‘s semi-reusable Vulcan rocket， but Blue Origin’s reusable New Glenn booster as well。
两艘运载火箭都将于明年开始飞行。
Both launch vehicles are due to start flying next year。
