在欧莱雅中国首次通过“云发布”的数字化形式召开集团在中国的开年第一会――发展战略年度沟通会上,欧莱雅中国宣布启动下一个10年的新战略“HUGE计划”。 其中,H即聚全球为中国,在中国惠世界;U即包括消费者、业务伙伴、员工在内每个人,都是欧莱雅中国的合伙人;G旨在练好内功,瞄准蓝海,发展向善;E即生态协同,美美与共。

谈及近来新冠肺炎疫情对公司和市场的影响,欧莱雅中国总裁兼首席执行官费博瑞表示,由于目前采取防控措施,整个城市和商场的人流量减少,会对业务造成短期影响。但另一方面,由于线上客流量增加,也为欧莱雅的线上业务开辟了新的机遇。他说,我非常有信心,在经过这段时期的波动后,中国市场会重整旗鼓,疫情过后,市场的反弹会比以前更强劲。

Coronavirus Outbreak Could Permanently Change Way Of Working

硅谷科技公司Zoom首席执行官袁征认为,对新冠肺炎爆发的反应可能会导致人们工作方式的根本性、永久性转变。

Zoom CEO Eric Yuan thinks the response to the coronavirus outbreak could lead to a fundamental, permanent shift in how people work。

Airbus Now ‘Foaming’ On Board The International Space Station

Airbus has sent a new fluid experiment, FOAM-C, to the International Space Station 。 FOAM-C, which was developed and manufactured for the European Space Agency , is scheduled to be activated this month。

The FOAM-C experiment studies the stability of foams away from the influence of Earths gravity。

The scientists are interested in the behaviour of the foams at different liquid fraction and in particular around the point of un-jamming , which can be studied only in microgravity。

Danfoss is now embarking on an ambitious plan to ensure that the number of female leaders increases significantly over the next five years。

With a number of new initiatives, the goal is to grow the proportion of female leaders from 20 percent today to 30 percent in five years。

Today, 30 percent of Danfoss employees are women, but only 20 percent of leadership positions are occupied by women。

Therefore, it is now becoming a focus area for the entire Danfoss global organization to develop female leaders in management positions to ensure 25% of its leaders are women in 2022 and 30% in 2025。

在丹佛斯中国区,1,358位女性员工中有135人担任领导职位,占比28%,远高于丹佛斯全球平均水平,这也为中国区向更高的目标奠定了扎实的基础。

Whereas in China, out of the 1,358 female employees, 135 are in leadership positions, equivalent to 28% of the whole Danfoss China team, much higher than the Group average, laying a solid foundation for an even higher target in China。
